Warehouse Management (WMS)

The Warehouse Management (WMS) module allows you to track inventory by physical location in the warehouse and to prepare the picking tours to prepare shipments.

Warehouse Description

The first function concerns the simplified description of storage warehouses. The layout of the warehouse is defined in three dimensions (Alles, columns, levels) and the cell dimensions to calculate the distances to be traveled.

Stock movements

For each receipt into warehouse, one must indicate the destination location among the free locations.

For each issue, the system selects the locations where the item is located according to a FIFO rule.

The user can move items from one location to another and perform inventory counting per cell.

Picking Tours

Pick-up tours can be organized by customer or by item.

A simple algorithm offers routes that can be changed manually.

The user can play on various parameters: weight and / or maximum volume per tour.

The system calculates the distance traveled for a picking tour.

The goal is to minimize the total time required.
