You can attach the previously defined documents by their Documents button
• to a folder (Administration page),
• to items,
• to bill of materials,
• to work centers,
• to machines,
• to routings,
• to routing operations.
The list of documents attached to the window/ information that you are currently looking at is displayed.
To attach a new document, click on the Add... button.
The list of documents already recorded in the window, which shows the defined documents, is displayed. Select a document and click on OK.
A link to a document can be created by the New button. The Link Document Maintenance window is displayed.
To delete a file from the attachment list, select a document in the list and click on Delete.
As for the work orders, you cannot directly link documents. It is suggested that you attach the document to the item of the WO, its bill of materials or its routings.
As for the operations of a WO, you cannot directly link documents. It is suggested that you attach the document to the work center, to the machine and to the routing operation.
To see (and/or listen to) a document, double click on the name of the document in the list or select a document and click on the button OK,
