nL Cost Center Totals

The total for a given cost center is displayed when the cost center is selected (by entering the code or by choosing it in the list).

The monthly totals are estimated (and as a consequence displayed) until the present date.

By clicking on the Details button, the totals and the balances of the different accounts associated to the cost center are displayed until the present date. By clicking again on the button, the initial data are displayed.

Balances are automatically updated at each new transaction record. The Update button computes the monthly totals from the detailed transactions. This function can be used when an entry error has been detected for past data.
