In this page of the Scheduling menu, scheduled work orders are displayed with their numbers. The black slots represent the downtimes of machines (defined via the Machine Downtime function, Scheduling menu). The white slots represent the unused time slots.
The number of days displayed in the page can be changed by clicking on the corresponding buttons. The buttons >> and << allow the display to scroll. The Calendar button permits one to select a particular time period. The Print button prints the current page. The Zoom drop-down list enables one to increase the size of the figures. This can be useful when some operations are very of short duration.
One can choose to display or not the non-critical work centers.
The Sort by index option
displays the work centers by ascending order of the Display index entered on the
Work center page.
Under the Continuous Display option, the operations are displayed in continuous time slots.
When the Open WO only option is selected, the open work orders are displayed, while the firm work orders are ignored.
When the Critical Work Center option is selected, the schedule page presents only the schedule of the work centers that have been declared as critical in the Work center page (Technical Data menu).
The WO schedule option enables one to display each work order schedule, sorted by increasing work order number.

availability displays the utilization rate for the tools used during
the manufacturing operations.
The button Due dates analysis displays the comparison of the scheduled end dates with respect to the due dates.
The Projected receipts button displays the projected inventory receipts induced by the open work orders which will be finished within the machine schedule horizon.
By clicking on a scheduled operation of a work order, the work order page appears.
By clicking on a downtime, its properties are displayed.
By clicking on a free slot, its length, start and finish dates or times appear.
By clicking on a machine label, the ongoing operation is displayed.
