Buttons

A cancelled operation can be reactivated while clicking again on the Cancellation button. One cannot cancel an operation on which production have already been reported.

This button enables to enter or modify destinations of parts if network routing are used.

Reporting

Calls the production reporting page for the operation.

This page has three tabs:

The first (Times) presents the manufacturing times.

The characteristics of an operation can be modified. The operations can be deleted, canceled or an unanticipated one can be created in the routing by typing a new number. These functions are only allowed if the operation is not in any production transaction (released status).

The second (Control) shows the manufacturing progress.

Here, the field ‘Waiting Quantity’ corresponds to the available quantity to be process on the work post. For the first operation, it is the quantity of the W.O. less that which has already been processed (which can be seen in the fields quantity good and scraped quantity). For the following operations, this quantity is increased by transactions of accepted quantity from the preceding operation.
The fields Machine and Labor Used Hours are equal to the sum of machine and labor reported time.

Machine time used, setup labor time used and direct labor time used are equal to the total of times reported.

The third (Dates) shows the scheduled dates that have been calculated by the Scheduling and load calculation function (Sched. button), in the same way as the dates planned by the finite capacity scheduling.

The Reporting button calls the production reporting page, where production transactions can be made directly for an operation.
