Physical Inventory Counting

The inventory data entry fields note the quantities of items, which have been counted in the warehouses.

Fields

Inventory date:		By default the current date.
Warehouse:		The warehouse code in which the inventory counting is to be performed.
Cost Center:	Cost center used for the cost allocation corresponding to the value of the issue. By default, this cost center is defined from the warehouse table.
Item #:		Code of the item counted.
Inventory Status:		Status taken into consideration for the adjustment corresponding to the physical counting
Actual quantity:		Counted quantity in inventory.
Comment:		Comment describing the transaction

When it is validated, a corrective inventory transaction equal to the difference between the theoretical and counted quantity is recorded in the file Inventory Transactions (code IN) and the available inventory of the Item is updated.
