Qualification Maintenance

Fields

Qualification Id:	Obligatory field. If the code exists, data is displayed.
Description:	Qualification description.
Calendar:	Calendar Code which the personnel in the qualification. This calendar must belong to the calendar table and its daily schedules must have been entered on the calendar maintenance window.
Availability Coefficient:	This coefficient makes it possible to take account of the pauses, cleanings, additional work, etc. during which the personnel is not available to his work station.
Efficiency Coefficient:	This coefficient defines the time ratio during which the personnel are productive.
Critical:	The work loads are calculated only for the critical qualifications. If this box is not checked, the indication of the qualification on a work center is purely informative.

The graph displaying the qualification capacity is displayed. The capacity can be displayed by day, by week or by month.

Buttons

Beside the standard buttons, the buttons of the qualification maintenance window have the following uses:

Headcount	Displays the Weekly Headcount window.
Usages	Displays the list of the work centers using the qualification.

Qualification Where-used

This window displays the list of work centers which use the selected qualification. If no qualification is specified, it shows for all the work centers their qualifications for setup and for run.
