Sales and Operations Plan Definition

The S&OP function permits defining a production plan for every family item (in the Sales and Operations Plans window, S&OP menu).

This window displays a separate line for each Family item.

The type of data to be displayed can be selected:

•      The S&OPs

•      The confirmed customer orders

•      The projected stockouts or shortages

•      The production plan

•      The sales plan

•      The sub-contracting plan

•      The projected inventory

•      The coverages.

By clicking on the Update button (or by double-clicking on a line), the S&OP is displayed for the selected Family item.

By clicking on the Workload profile button, the description of the aggregate workloads for the different resources is displayed.

By clicking on the SOP Valuation button, the projected turn-over, margins, inventory values are displayed.
