Setup Labor Costs

The hourly rate for labor used for the machine setups is defined in the budgetary procedure simply by dividing the global expenses associated to the personnel in charge of setups by the estimated number of setup hours. These expenses include the annual wages, the employers bonuses and allowances, social contributions and all associated expenses.

For a given cost center, the setup labor hourly rate is unique.
