S&OP Appraisal

Using the S&Op Plan Valuation function (S&Op Plan menu), several data can be displayed (depending on the selected option in the Graph check box):

•      The projected inventories (expressed in value (estimated with the standard cost), in number of pallets, in weight),

•      The projected turn-over (periodic or cumulated). It is also possible to display the fractions of confirmed orders with respect to the sales forecasts.

•      The margin (in value or as a fraction of the turn-over).

It is worth noting that the inventory cost is computed as the multiplication of the inventory value by the inventory cost rate defined in the Inventory costs tab (Preference menu). The values underlying the graphics can be displayed using the Table button.
