Cost CenterAccount Inquiry

The function Cost Center Account Inquiry (Costing menu) displays all the information concerning the recorded transactions for a given cost center. The cost center code and the account number must be entered.

The search buttons only display the accounts for which transactions have been recorded. When the number of transactions is considerable, the initial date can be chosen in the rolling list (Beg. Month cell). The total corresponding to transactions previous to the initial date is displayed in the first line.

In a similar vein, it is possible to display the balance of the account at a given date (Limit Date cell).
