Firm Work Order Costs

The Firm Work Order Costs window is accessed by the Costs button (Firm Work Orders function, Scheduling menu).  This window displays cost estimations for the work order. The displayed costs are :

•      Materials costs

•      Machines costs

•      Setup Labor costs

•      Direct Labor.

Furthermore, the Budget Variance panel displays the difference between the cost estimations for the W.O. and the costs estimations corresponding to the Budget Data for the associated item.

These differences come from

•      Potential difference between the BOM or the routings used for the W.O. and the BOM or the routings defined in the Budget Data.

•      Potential difference between the W.O. lot size and the standard lot size defined in the routings.
