Frozen Data Creation

The Budget bill of materials corresponds to the manufacturing bill of materials fixed on the budget date. The ‘Frozen Data Creation’ function keeps the manufacturing BOM structure valid on the specified date.

The budget routing index is the index of the budget routing that is valid for Frozen Data Creation date. It is recorded in the Item window. The ‘bill of materials budget’ links cannot be modified: the fields in the Bill of materials link manager window are not accessible.

They can be printed by selecting the state Frozen BOM from the heading Items and BOM in the Reports window.
