Multimedia Documents

You can associate a multimedia document to entities in your folder to illustrate the entities that are managed in the file.

These documents can be uploaded and are saved within the folder.

The documents can be of any type.

All the documents that you would like to attach to elements of a folder must firstly be defined in the document maintenance window (Engineering menu, option Documents),

Then, in the management windows of several elements (folder, items, bills of material, work centers, machines, manufacturing data, routing operations ), you will create a link between the element and one or more of the previously recorded documents. They will therefore be able to be seen or heard.
