Operation Costs

The seven cost types for each operation are calculated by the Routing Cost Calculation (Costs button in the Routing window or directly by the function Item costs Rollup from the Costing menu). These costs are unit costs calculated from the standard production batch specified for the routing.

The operation standard costs are updated by the function Item costs Rollup from the Costing menu (with the specific options and cost factors selected during the last item cost rollup) if the Update standard costs box is checked in the Item costs Rollup window,
