S&OP Disaggregation procedure

Once the family item production plan (in the S&Op Plans menu) is satisfactory, this global production plan can be disaggregated into item master plans by using the commercial and planning boms.

An S&Op Plan disaggregation end date has to be entered in the S&Op Plan Disaggregation window.

Furthermore, it is also necessary to define the sequence of sales forecast periods using the Forecast Period Maintenance function (Sales menu). In this way, the item sales forecasts obtained as a result of the S&Op Plan Disaggregation are automatically associated to the corresponding time period.
