This option enables one to visualize the realization of the operations, following the order computed by the scheduling function, and this event by event.
The work centers, as well as the associated machines, are displayed in the top of the page. The finite capacity work centers are represented in red, the multiple stations work centers in green, the infinite capacity work centers in gray and the subcontracting work centers in blue.
When a work order is under processing on a machine, it appears in black. It is worth noting that for the infinite capacity work centers and for the subcontracting work centers, there can be several work orders in progress simultaneously.
The work orders that are waiting for processing are represented in purple. The work orders in transit, i.e. moving towards the next work center, are represented in yellow.
Two simulation modes are available: the manual mode and the automatic mode. In the manual mode, one passes from the current to the following event by clicking on the button >>. In the automatic mode, the course of scheduling rolls without pause at a speed which can be fixed.
The Start button allows the user to restart the schedule since the beginning.
