The ‘WO Release and Due data Analysis’ function (Scheduling menu) presents a histogram of the advances and delays of the work orders which one can gather by 1, 2, 5, 10 or 20 days. The delays are depicted in red whereas the advances appear in blue. The work orders that are finished at the due date appear in green.
The ‘Include’ check box enables one to display the delays and advances exclusively for MPS items only. This permits one to estimate the risks of delivery delays.
The Slack button shows the list of work orders sorted according to the slack between the expected finish date (i.e. the scheduled date) and the specified due date (i.e. the latest possible date).
When a work order has a negative slack time, this means that the order will be finished after the due date.
